Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Here is a clear summary of our cancellation, refund, and confirmation policies so you always know where you stand.

Confirmation Policy

  • Standard Timeline: You will receive your confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of a successful booking.
  • Slot Unavailability: If your preferred slots are unavailable, we will arrange an alternate schedule based on your preference and issue a new voucher.
  • Pre-Confirmation Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your booking for a full refund at any point before the final confirmation voucher is issued.

Refund Policy

  • Processing Period: All applicable refund amounts will be processed within 10 business days of the approved cancellation.
  • Extended Processing (Full T&C): As detailed in our Terms & Conditions, refunds involving airline or hotel suppliers may take 15-30 business days depending on supplier timelines.
  • Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment source. Payment gateway convenience fees (3%) are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ days before travel: 25% of the total tour cost charged as cancellation fee.
  • 15 to 30 days before travel: 50% of the total tour cost charged as cancellation fee.
  • 0 to 15 days before travel: 100% of the total tour cost charged as cancellation fee.
  • Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen weather, government restrictions, or union issues, we will provide alternate feasible options. Cash refunds are not available for these circumstances.

Payment Policy

  • Full Payment Deadline: To guarantee your itinerary and secure all vendor reservations, 100% of the total tour cost must be cleared at least 30 days prior to your travel date.
  • Booking Security: For bookings made within the 30-day window, immediate full payment is required to finalize the arrangements.
  • Failure to Pay: Failure to complete the full payment by the 30-day threshold may result in the automatic cancellation of your pre-booked slots and loss of the initial deposit.
