Planning & Booking

Is planning a trip with Tripsiana really free?
Yes. Sharing your trip details and receiving a fully custom itinerary costs nothing, and there's no obligation. You only pay once you're happy and ready to confirm the booking.
How quickly will I hear back after I enquire?
A travel expert replies within 24 hours, usually much sooner. For the fastest response, message us on WhatsApp during working hours (every day, 9 AM – 8 PM IST).
Do I need to create an account to plan a trip?
No account needed. Just tell us about your trip and an expert takes it from there over email, WhatsApp or call, whatever you prefer.
Which destinations do you cover?
We craft trips across India and worldwide. Browse a few favourites on our destinations page, or simply tell us where you'd like to go and a specialist will build it from scratch.

Itineraries & Customisation

Are your trips fixed packages or fully custom?
Every itinerary is built from scratch around your dates, group size, pace and budget, never an off-the-shelf package. See exactly how it works on our How It Works page.
Can I make changes to the itinerary I'm sent?
Absolutely. You receive your plan via a private link, request as many tweaks as you like, ask questions, and only give the go-ahead once it feels just right.
Can you plan around a specific budget?
Yes. Share your budget up front and your expert will design the best possible trip within it, and be honest if something isn't realistic, so there are no surprises later.

Payments & Pricing

When do I have to pay?
A booking is confirmed once the initial deposit is received, with the balance due before departure on a clear schedule. Full details are on our Payment Policy page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are made securely to our official accounts via trusted gateways such as Razorpay. We'll never ask you to transfer money to a personal account, always verify details with your agent.
Are GST and TCS included in the price?
GST applies as per Government of India norms, and TCS is mandatory on international bookings (a valid PAN is required). Your quotation spells out all applicable taxes, see the GST & TCS section for specifics.

Cancellations & Support

What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation charges depend on how far ahead you cancel. There's a clear at-a-glance table on our Cancellation & Refund Policy page, the sooner you let us know, the lower the charge.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment source. Supplier-dependent refunds (flights, hotels) may take 15–30 business days, as detailed in our cancellation policy.
Do you help with visas and permits?
We assist with visa applications and arrange mandatory travel permits (such as ILP/PAP), though the final visa decision always rests with the relevant embassy or authority.
Is there support while I'm travelling?
Yes, your expert stays on call throughout the journey for on-ground support, changes or emergencies. You're never on your own.
